Quote Markets Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is a company organized under the laws of the Republic of Panama. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with your use of our web-based graphical user interface (the "Interface") that facilitates interaction with decentralized protocols, blockchain networks, smart contracts, and digital assets.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and processing your personal data in a transparent, fair, and lawful manner. Although Panamanian law governs our operations, we voluntarily extend to all users data protection rights substantially equivalent to those afforded under internationally recognized privacy frameworks.

2. Data Controller

Given the non-custodial nature of the Interface, we do not require you to create an account, provide your name, or submit traditional identifying information. However, we may collect certain categories of information as described below.
3.1 Blockchain and Wallet Information
When you connect a digital wallet to the Interface, we may collect your public wallet address and information about transactions you initiate through the Interface. Please note that blockchain networks are inherently public and transparent. Any transactions you execute through the Protocols are recorded on the applicable blockchain and are permanently and publicly accessible. We do not control and are not responsible for the public nature of blockchain data.
3.2 Technical and Device Information
We automatically collect certain technical information when you access the Interface, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, features used, access times, and other usage statistics.
3.3 Usage Information
We collect information about how you interact with the Interface, including the orders you submit, the optimization strategies applied by the Quote Execution Engine, and your interactions with various features of the Interface.
3.4 Communications
If you contact us directly, we may collect information you provide in your communications, such as your email address, the content of your messages, and any attachments you submit.
3.5 Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your use of the Interface. For more information, please see Section 9 below.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following legal grounds:
Contractual Necessity. Processing may be necessary for the performance of our Terms of Service or to take steps at your request prior to entering into such terms. This includes facilitating your use of the Interface and the Quote Protocol.
Legitimate Interests. We may process personal data where necessary for our legitimate interests, provided such interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights and freedoms. Our legitimate interests include operating, maintaining, and improving the Interface; ensuring security and preventing fraud; and analyzing usage patterns to enhance user experience.
Legal Obligations. We may process personal data where necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations under Panamanian law or the laws of other jurisdictions to which we may be subject.
Consent. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent before processing certain categories of personal data. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw such consent at any time by contacting us as set forth in Section 13.
5. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Provision of Services. To provide, operate, and maintain the Interface and to facilitate your interactions with the Quote Protocol and other Protocols accessible through the Interface.
Order Optimization. To enable the Quote Execution Engine to apply algorithmic optimization strategies to orders you submit through the Interface, including dynamic pacing, order sizing, and other functionalities described in our Terms of Service.
Improvement and Development. To analyze usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and improve the functionality, performance, and user experience of the Interface.
Security and Fraud Prevention. To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity, and to protect the rights, property, and safety of Quote Markets Inc., our users, and third parties.
Communications. To respond to your inquiries, provide customer support, and send you technical notices, updates, and administrative messages.
Compliance. To comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering and sanctions compliance obligations.
Aggregated and Anonymized Data. To create aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, which we may use for any lawful purpose.
6. Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose your information in the following circumstances:
Service Providers. We may share information with third-party vendors, consultants, and service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting providers, analytics providers, and security services. These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes of providing services to us and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process, including subpoenas, court orders, or government requests issued by Panamanian authorities or the authorities of other jurisdictions where we are legally compelled to respond.

Where we transfer personal data internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal data receives an adequate level of protection. When personal data is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymize it. Please note that information recorded on blockchain networks is immutable and cannot be deleted by us or any party.

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage, and assist in our marketing efforts. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that enable certain features and functionality.
Essential Cookies. These cookies are necessary for the Interface to function properly and cannot be disabled. They enable core functionalities such as security, network management, and accessibility.

Please note that we may be unable to delete information recorded on public blockchain networks, as such records are immutable and beyond our control.
Right to Restriction of Processing. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, such as when you contest the accuracy of the data or when the processing is unlawful but you do not wish to have the data erased.
Right to Data Portability. You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit such data to another controller without hindrance from us, where technically feasible.
Right to Object. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where we rely on legitimate interests as the legal basis for processing. We will cease processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or unless processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Right to Withdraw Consent. Where we rely on your consent for processing, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing conducted prior to withdrawal.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information provided in Section 13. We will respond to your request within thirty (30) days. We may request additional information to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. If we are unable to comply with your request, we will provide you with an explanation.
11. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption, access controls, secure development practices, and regular security assessments.
Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private keys, wallet credentials, and any other information used to access your digital assets.
12. Children's Privacy
The Interface is not intended for use by individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us, and we will take steps to delete such information.
